Breheny Groundworks Contractors was appointed as the Domestic Groundwork Contractor at Moorfield Park, Poulton, for Persimmon Homes, Lancashire.
The site comprised 274 dwellings delivered across two phases. Phase 1 included 136 units and was completed in the first quarter of 2023, with Phase 2 commencing in 2022. Breheny Groundworks successfully delivered all domestic groundworks works across both phases while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme control.
To deliver phased groundworks efficiently while supporting continuous build progress, ensuring safe working practices and consistent quality across a multi-stage residential development.
