Breheny Groundworks Contractors was directly appointed as the Domestic Groundwork Contractor at Coastal Dunes, Lytham St Annes, for Persimmon Homes, Lancashire.
The development consisted of 453 residential dwellings delivered across two phases, with Phase 1 comprising 73 units and Phase 2 delivering a further 380 units. Breheny Groundworks managed all domestic groundworks activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to programme and specification.
To deliver a complete groundworks and substructure package supporting a large-scale residential development, ensuring quality, programme certainty and seamless coordination with the principal contractor and wider supply chain.
